GROUNDED

"Home" is a word in English that has no counterpart in most other languages, but the concept is one that seems to be universal. Feeling at home means essentially that you are grounded and secure in your surroundings. Whenever you feel out of sorts and at all ends, take a moment and ground yourself. Even the birds must be grounded before they can fly.
